IQ Cyo + Toplight wiring - correct?
Just assembled my new lights. Dynamo is Shimano DH-3D72, headlight B&M Lumotec IQ Cyo T Senso Plus Premium, taillight B&M Toplight line Plus. They are very bright, but I have a question about wiring:
Instructions said black wire = current, black/white wire = earth. I connected them that way, one of the dynamo terminals is marked so I put the black/white wire there. From there to the headlight, and the pair of wires coming off the headlight to the taillight, always matching colors. At the taillight are 2 holes marked + and -, so I put the earth wire in -.
It works, but the taillight keeps on when I turn the headlight switch from "S" or "T" to "O". Is that normal? And there seems to be no difference between "S" and "T" switch positions. The lights flicker a little at very slow speed, but I suppose that's normal.

Have the Eyc T w2 day running light diodes & brighter one over the reflector ..
standlight will stay lit for a while after it's capacitor is charged, there is a button on the taillight to shut it off.
with the headlight switch at O before you move does the taillight still light ?
[ Or you moving 1st then trying the switch ?]

With the switch at O, the taillight is off. But with the switch at S or T, when I turn it off the headlight is off but the taillight keeps on for a couple of mins, even in daylight. Maybe it's built that way. It's not a problem for me, just wanted to know if the wiring was OK.

Sounds like the wiring is OK. The "Plus" on your tail light is a standlight. Once the power is turned off, it'll discharge over some time (5 minutes or so for a "full" charge, less if you just gave the wheel a spin) before it goes out.

Reynolds - Are you happy with the Cyo? I'm looking to get a light and I'm not sure if I should get the Cyo or Edelux. Of course Edelux is 2x more expensive, but is it worth the price tag? If Cyo is about as good and reliable, I'd rather not spend more money than needed. Thanks.
