I will send you a Fusion 360 file as that is what I use. Why not, it's free to makers as well as students and very small time business users.

I just added my Fly6 camera mount for a Topeak Tourist DX frame.
https://www.youmagine.com/designs/ra...iq-fly6-camera
So far after a week of trials it's solid. Has been over a rough railroad crossing at speed several times now, no problems.

Garmin Varia to GoPro Adapter Mount (also works on Edge devices)
This was designed as a request for a way to mount the new Garmin Varia Rearview Radar on a K-Edge Saddle Rail GoBig mount. It basically is a 90° Gopro adapter to my version of the Edge mount. I Modified my own Edge Mount to allow only an eight-turn to engage the device, this also provided for two orientations without the need to rotate the mount.
Garmin Varia/Edge to GoPro Adapter Mount
This should also work for Velodrome riders, since many organizations (from my faulty memory) do not allow bike computers to be mounted on handlebars during sanctioned events. It would let you mount an Edge device facing backwards from a GoPro saddle or seat post mount.

I don't know why or how I overlooked this. If you have a Dinotte light, or any of a number of blinking lights that use the same style of mount. I now have a holder specific to the Giant TCR Advanced ISP.

Does anyone on this thread have any broken Aero Seat Posts they would be willing to send this way?

Garmin Flat Mounts (per customer request)
Two new items, per customer requests:
The first is a Garmin socket flat mount, just use extreme (outdoor) double-sided tape to mount a garmin Quarter-turn device onto any flat surface. Uses my redesigned Eighth-Turn socket so that devices can be mounted in either landscape or portrait orientation without modification.
Garmin Eighth-Turn Socket Flat Mount
The second is the actual pronged mount meant also to be installed on a flat surface.
Garmin Quarter-Turn Flat Mount
Mounting surface on both items is approximately 2 inches (50.8 mm).

Varia Headlight to GoPro Adapter
Don't understand why Garmin did this with the Varia. But someone asked about mounting a Varia Headlight to the bottom of a KEdge GoPro/Edge Combo mount. So what they wanted was a Edge male quarter-turn mount and a GoPro double prong mount. Here it is:

Garmin Varia Tail Light / Edge Cervelo S-Series Seat Post Mount
Since I have been getting requests for this, decided to do a rear facing Edge seat post mount. It is ideal for use with the Garmin Varia Tail Light. Yes, I understand that the Varia comes with an adaptable mount for aero posts, but this is specific to the Cervelo. It can also be used to mount an Edge Cyclo-computer on the back of your seat post. This will work if you are in a sanctioned velodrome event that requires all electronics be removed from your handlebars (such as hour record attempts) and still be able to record your data. At some point in the next few days, I will also have this mount for the Giant TCR. It requires two M3 x 15 mm socket head cap screws and two M3 nylon insert lock nuts to secure to the seat post. This attachment arrangement is much more secure than the rubber o-rings supplied by Garmin with their mounts.

Fizik ICS Garmin Varia Mount
This is a beta product and I have priced it below the eventual selling price. It is designed for any Fizik saddle that has an integrated ICS clip. It will mount a Garmin Varia Tail Light or any other device that uses a Garmin Quarter-turn style mount. It can mount any device in either of two orientations without modification. After I get feedback the price will increase. It is currently only available in black.
Garmin Varia Tail Light To Fizik ICS Saddle Clip
As far as I can tell the only third party to make something for the ICS clip is Cateye. I cannot find any other lighting device that clips into the Fizik saddle ICS system. I can find even less for the ProLogo saddle clip (Topeak).

@JonnyHK I already had the Garmin socket modeled. I know it works very well and I designed it so it doesn't need to be removable to change from Landscape to Portrait mode. I know it works because it's what I use on my bike. I am just not sure how snug the actual Fizik clip is, that's why I posted it as a beta product.
The reason I mentioned other devices, is that, if you are attempting a sanctioned velodrome event that requires you to remove your computer from the handlebars, this could work to mount an Edge behind you and still record your data. Would be great for a pro team using Fizik saddles to at least look at this little model.

My only concern is that a GPS unit might hit the saddle. The mount might need to be a bit lower. I'll have a look at my saddle and the clip mount.

@JonnyHK, look at what most track guys are using. It isn't the Garmin 1000 or even the 810, most use the 520 which is as small as the Varia. Almost all track guys "ride the rivet" so chances of their asses overhanging the back of the saddle are minimal. Besides this model is easily modified if things need to mount lower.
Think about this too, a lot of these guys and TT riders also, ride by feel rather than numbers, some even say the numbers are distracting. But this would allow those feel riders to ignore the numbers (out of sight out of mind) while still having valuable post event data.

I've got the 500 and I don't think there is clearance with the underside of the saddle. Getting a 1/4 turn looks to be impossible.
But let me measure things up.
What is the dimension from the flat top edge of the clip down to the centre of the Garmin mount?

17 mm, but it is also based on the long clip not the short clip, so it sticks out a little farther.

My latest iteration moved the center down to 30 mm from the top of the clip and out an additional 5 mm.

One shows the long mount with the shorter initial 17mm design (the way I've mock it up means it also has the +5mm depth). The 500 unit just fits under there (would be just OK with the original shorter design), but you wouldn't get a turn in to release the GPS.
The other set of photos shows the second design (30mm to centre). This allows a turn in the mount and the GPS to be positioned either direction.

I am pretty sure I'll leave it at 30 mm. I don't need to turn a full 90° as my mount is built as an 8th turn so I only need 45°. Thanks for the visualization.

The 30mm version works fine and allows full rotation on the 500 unit (hence my finger holding it in place).
Can't recall how much bigger the 510 and 520 units are, but not much. Should be able to get the larger 800/1000 units in there on the side.
EDIT - just looked up an image of the 520 beside a 500. Only a couple of mm difference. Good to go!

Current projects include Pinarello Dogma specific mounts, fits Dogma 65.1, Dogma 2 and Dogma 60.1.
As well as adding support for alternative mounting of the Fly6 Camera/tail light combo.

Finally got some private and public feedback on this:
Garmin Varia Tail Light To Fizik ICS Saddle Mount
Seems to fit well, someone attached it with a non-Fizik saddle bag and the bag was still accessible. I am asking everyone who bought the beta to send me pictures. Please note that tolerances on Garmin Quarter-turn mounts vary slightly depending on the particular Garmin device, so the Eighth-turn mount I made is on the snug side. I did not want there to be any looseness at all in the Garmin interface.
@JonnyHK, did you do anything with the Fusion 360 file I sent you? It seems I got the dimensions correct so it should print well on a well adjusted dimensionally correct printer.
I have some beta FLY6 mounts being printed, as soon as I have some feedback on those, I am thinking about making a Fizik ICS to Fly6 direct mount, It would put the Fly6 in about the same location as the Varia, and free up seat post mounting for other things. It just appears that the ICS mount was under-utilized and under-marketed by Fizik, just as the ProLogo/Topeak clip and whatever Specialized called their clip. I ride ProLogo saddles and don't think the clip is as strong as the Fizik ICS, but I will investigate it after the New Year.

I've had a bit of trouble getting my design to work properly with the imported file. I'm still new to this! Also my mental image of the part I want doesn't want to work (design issue and a drafting skill issue). I've put this one aside for the moment...

The Garmin mount is indeed as tight as a duck's butt.

The mount part printed well and I fit on my saddle. It is a bit tight and I'm thinking that perhaps a full duplicate of the Cateye part isn't the best path since they are using a much more flexible injection moulded material. More thought, sketching, tinkering to come.

That eighth-turn is the exact model I have used for every single Garmin mount I have made. I use it on my very old 800 and my newer 810 and also used it with a 500 my daughter had before that. Each and every one fits the exact same printed part differently. I am not sure if it is model related or what color plastic Garmin uses for the shell that makes a difference here.
Shapeways is very odd when it comes to black colored parts. Nylon in it's natural state is sort of translucent. All their colored parts are dyed in an acid based dye. Now here is how black differs. every other part is "polished" in a vibratory drum filled with water and ceramic bits. It makes the surface a bit smoother and it actually does have a more finished feel, then it is dyed in whatever color you ordered. Black parts are not sent through the vibratory polisher, don't really understand why that is, but it must be something about the black dye not penetrating the plastic as much as the other colors. They do not even offer black in a 'Polished' finish. So the dimensions, while being as exact as I can make them, are ever so slightly different for black versus all the "colored" version (I put "colored" in quotes as I am including white in that mix even though it is not actually colored).
Shapeways has a new material called black nylon, which starts with black nylon powder, but it is currently double the price of their normal nylon powder. It is currently only available to use in your own designs and not to the general public.
@JonnyHK Someone has a Fizik ICS clip that is a lot less complicated than the Cateye version but for the life of me I can't remember who it is. I agree that the Cateye version is a bit over-designed and there must be a better way. I just haven't been interested enough to revisit it yet. If you get back to it and come up with a few ideas let me know. Here is what I found with imported parts in your own designs, once it is done and you import into your own design 1. make sure it is unlinked to the original (a small lock icon will show if it is linked) 2. for some reason once imported, Fusion 360 defaults to Sculpt rather than Model. I find it is much harder to add sculpted shapes to designs over modeled shapes. I guess if I were working on recreating the Venus de Milo, sculpting might be a better choice, but my small brain just doesn't like the complexity involved in sculpting a part to fit, so I always have to click Model.
