Just got my feedback from a brave beta user. The Fly6 / GoPro Adapter I made for him works great. Here is an image:

The Fly6 part is just the adapter from GoPro to Fly6, not the seatpost part. That is also the Pinarello aero post mount in that picture.

What you really want is the machine that created this:

This company used a laser sintering process (the laser fuses a fine metal powder) to create a fully working Colt 1911 .45 pistol. They even printed the rifling in the barrel.
A machine like that could print a whole bike for you!

@MrInitialMan, The bigger issue will be the durability of the part, not whether it could be printed, and the availability of raw materials. But just know that NASA has recently test fired a rocket engine that uses some 3D printed parts, and that the automotive and aviation industries are heavily invested in research and development of 3D printed parts. Unfortunately for you and I, the machines needed to create those types of parts cost in the 100,000's of dollars.
With the abuse a sprocket takes I would not trust a 3D printed part just yet. Most of the current investment is in titanium (too expensive) and aluminum (too soft) for metal parts.

With the GoPro clip and Fly6 Adapter you can adjust the angle, to frame the top and bottom of the image much better regardless of saddle angle. I am going to take a break from all this modeling for a few days so I can finish Fallout 4.
One question, when I look at your clip it kind of reminds me of the fi´zi:k blin:k light, is that what it was modeled from?

As Waldo points out: Cost and durability.
There was a bit of a flap in the media when those guys made the Colt 1911. The whole "OMG, 3d printed firearms being made in basements" and similar BS. The machine used is the size of a small car and cost $5 million. Folks in basements are using standard tools like mills and lathes that have been around for more than a century.
The defence world are getting big into the concept. Imagine an aircraft carrier that could make some of it's own spare parts instead of holding stock or waiting for spares to be flown out. Someone is even looking at re-working some of the standard missiles (Hellfire?) to make the bulk of it 3d printable so that they can be made more quickly (or on demand) in theatre.

A more elastic type of filament may solve some of those issues. Have you tried printing with Nylon filament, like Taulman Bridge or Taulman Alloy 910. Both offer greater elasticity and have a lower coefficient of friction than PLA, ABS or even PET. It might just give you the flexibility you need without much of a redesign.
I usually print in PETG (eSUN brand), unless it is something I am just going to toss in the recycle bin, then I use PLA. I have the same issue with warping everyone else has with ABS, so I skip it. I have used Alloy 910 for a few parts and while still warping a bit on sharp edges, printing on a raft or with glue stick used on the bed can minimize it or completely eliminate it. You have to print hot, around 240-250°C. At high fill rates it is very durable, at low fill rates is is very elastic.
The basic design was pulled from a few sources, but I have hit a bit of a dead end with this one 'as is' and I'll need to start over a bit to get it to work.
I made it to fit a bit too well, so it didn't work in a variety of saddles. Too stiff and unforgiving.

A more flexible model would be better, but I'm not sure that it would solve the underlying design inadequacies. Design is an iterative process after all!
I'll get the Mk2 version done over the next couple of days and hopefully I can share a better result.

Prologo / Topeak GoPro mount
Worked on this yesterday and today between Bowl games and NFL games. It is a mount for GoPro that attaches to the Prologo U-Clip or the Topeak QuickClick adapters
This one was the first version and I didn't like just how far back and the angle of the actual mount, the third iteration of this is what I eventually uploaded to Shapeways

So, I did a few variations and tested them. I was starting to realise why the Cateye guys had made their clip the way they did!
The bottom row shows a progression that was working better each time. By the time I'm at the centre middle, the 'C' with hooks worked quite well. From there I added a springy part in the centre (next to the right) and then revised that part by cutting out spare material. This clip worked well on my two sample saddles so I added the GoPro mount:
Struggling to get this to print at the moment as the fine support areas are not sticking (may need to clean print bed and replace base sheet), but I think it will be OK. I may do some cosmetic changes (not entirely happy with that cut out for extra material).

Yeah, this design stuff is not as easy as it looks, you don't know how many times I have heard, "it's just a piece of plastic," or 'why aren't you giving it away' (posting completed designs on Thingiverse or YouMagine, etc).
For everyone that has a 3D printer and wants to do this on their own, I will make one post design suggestion. INVEST in Simplify3D slicing software, I truly believe it is slightly over-priced and they do not offer a free trial version, but it is really the best slicer out there, a lot easier to use than Slic3r or KISSlicer, Supports more printers that Cura, infinitely better than MatterControl. It is fast, has better and easily removeable support structures, also is very easy to get up and running. It is not without it's quirks and won't help with poorly designed models, but it is just a step above all the other stuff out there.

Even though I will leave adapters available, I am going to say that the Prologo U-Clip is not all it's cracked up to be. The Fizik clip is much stronger and sturdier than the silly little U-Clip. It's not my part, it's that the U-Clip is just too thin to support any weight without vibrating, I am not going to redesign Prologo's clip either. About all it is good for is something like the Varia tail light. Now the Topeak version, since it attaches to the saddle rails is much studier! I am going to put my Cannondale clip bag back in it's proper place on the U-Clip and continue to use a regular seat post mount for the actioncam.

I have ordered several GoPro style mounts for a Sony AZ1 Action Cam. Have camera mounted on my stem at the moment (replaced the stem cap for a 3d printed GoPro mount stem cap).
I want to move the Sony AZ1 Action Cam mount to a bar in front of my drop bars, as I am out of real estate on my aero flat top handlebars. The flat top bars only leave a small space for the stem, I did find a sweet dual narrow alloy CNC clamp for a forward bar (GLUB G-559). Unfortunately the tube is small 22.2 in diameter instead of needed 31.8 mm diameter tube (Garmin/Lezyne GPS Computer, Two Lights and a Sony AZ1 Action Cam mount)
My only problem with Shapeways is locating bicycle things I want to purchase.

These are standard parts, but I think these might solve your problem - or at least part of it.

This particular Cam mount works well and is stable holding the Sony Cam. If is a big word, that said "if" this had a interchangeable Garmin & Lezyne mount half way along the stem (or a Y/fork) it would be a perfect accessory mount for my needs. Then I still need to attach the lights, or find a way to attach a larger light.

Krylon makes a reflective spray that might work if you printed the reflector. If you can print in transparent plastic you could even do the lens. This would be a pretty good project with broad application IMHO.

Did you actually want to mount both at once>
This one could hold my Garmin, and with a 3d printed Garmin to Lezyne adapter, along with mounting the camera upside down, but it also does not provide light mounts.

You have a photo of my Orbea bicycle - Got the Sony to GoPro mount from you via shapeway, but the GoPro stem from another seller on shapeway.
But I almost done with assembly of a 2009 Fuji SST 1.0. That is the one I need to get setup, as it is the one I will use in the Seattle to Portland Event in July. I do approximately 140 miles the first day and last two times have had about 2 hours of setting Sun where I needed to light the road and be seen on the approach to over night lodgings in WA. This time I will have 2 of my almost adult children with me, and will need better lighting than I had.
I was looking at these lights - Made for upside down mounting - But @ $400+ for a pair think I will choose different lights with battery power.

I do not like the adj usability of this mount, but maybe it is necessary and solid enough for GPS and Light? But is still it only addresses two devices.

Maybe better: I need to ship the Glub-G-559 to you so you can make a 31.8 shim that has enough compression resistance to allow modern bicycle device to be mounted on this well made forward bar mount. Having difficulty locating Lights that have a lens that can be rotated 180 or lights that are designed to be hung from a mount. Guess i need to open a new thread to ask that question.

But I almost done with assembly of a 2009 Fuji SST 1.0. That is the one I need to get setup, as it is the one I will use in the Seattle to Portland Event in July. I do approximately 140 miles the first day and last two times have had about 2 hours of setting Sun where I needed to light the road and be seen on the approach to over night lodgings in WA. This time I will have 2 of my almost adult children with me, and will need better lighting than I had.
I was looking at these lights - Made for upside down mounting - But @ $400+ for a pair think I will choose different lights with battery power.

I do not like the adj usability of this mount, but maybe it is necessary and solid enough for GPS and Light? But is still it only addresses two devices.

Maybe better: I need to ship the Glub-G-559 to you so you can make a 31.8 shim that has enough compression resistance to allow modern bicycle device to be mounted on this well made forward bar mount. Having difficulty locating Lights that have a lens that can be rotated 180 or lights that are designed to be hung from a mount. Guess i need to open a new thread to ask that question.
