Portable lighting for workbench (no electrical outlet)
So I got a small spot on my back patio to store my bikes and tools, but it lacks an electrical outlet.
As such, I am looking for a decent versatile portable light - clamped or standing - that provides good visibility on the bike from any angle. Obviously personal experience would be great. I'm wondering if a helmet-mounted light is my best bet, but I'm hoping there are better options.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have a couple of Princeton Tec headlamps that work really well. Not cheap. I keep one in my toolbox and another in my electric repair tool bag.
Otherwise, I'm not sure. I have been wiring up some led strip, seems like it could be useful since it takes 12v dc. I bought some to put inside an equipment cabinet, but for that I'm using some extrusion from lee valley to make a light

I've had good luck with the Eco-Zone rechargeable LED shop lights.
THEY ARE BRIGHT.
Batteries are good for an hour or two.

Black Diamond Storm. Very bright, very convenient, and it's cheap these days.

I can't believe I went so long without a head lamp for working. I used to use my helmet light to read when the power went out, and the occasional wiring job in a dark corner.
