How do you like your KTM bike?

Just wondering since they aren't available in the USA. I like KTM motorcycles and would like a KTM bicycle, probably the 105 level Strada with compact crank. Probably have to go through eBay Germany to get one but just curious as to how they ride.
Thanks.
Lou.

Hello,
KTM motorcycles https://www.ktm.com/ and KTM bicycles https://www.ktm-bikes.eu/ are complete seperated companies - seen from business (since 1992).
Just logo and a partial the same corporate design.

We have just older KTM bicycles (late 80ties til early 90ties https://www.flickr.com/photos/3299855...ktmstrada2000/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/3299855...s/ktmnoblesse/ ( https://www.flickr.com/photos/3299855...s/ktmstradacl/ ) ... ) in our family except my son who rides a ~2005 KTM MTB so I can't tell you no today-experience.

I'd say KTM is an advancded midrange class bicycle manufacturer. They're not cheap but not expensive. Good quality but nothing special.
For example 'Simplon' https://www.simplon.com/ is a more exclusive Austrian bicycle manufacturer. 'Steirer-Bike' https://www.scherz-bikes.at/ tend to midrange.
If you see/read about 'Puch' which was a famous bicycle company: They're sold in 1987 and just the brand 'survived' als decal on Asian no name bicycles.

I think if you buy either an old or a new KTM bike you will not be dissapointed - but also not amazed. Maybe the geometry suits perfect to your body - but this is not possible to find out without testing --> I'd not recomend to buy one.
