[Amsterdam] Bike shops worth visiting? Stuff to see beyond the city?

Hello

I have a three-day week-end scheduled in November in Amsterdam and will bring a folding bike with me.

I've been there twice already, and have a couple of questions:
  1. What interesting bicycle shops would you recommend I check (zoom in and see the yellow symbols)?
  2. What sights should I check outside the city? FWIW, I've also been to Keukenhof, Leiden, Delft, The Hague, Gouda, Utrecht, and Maastricht.

Thank you.

If the weather is nice I would go check out the Hoge Veluwe National Park (it's a bit of a trip from the city, but it seems like you've already seen a lot of stuff in the city).

It's a big park with a series of different ecosystems, all connected by bike paths. With the park entry fee you get access to bikes (not very good ones). I had a nice afternoon there.

Thanks for the tip. It looks awesome.

Did the park work out alright?

Also, I see you're in Paris. Are there any good places to cycle within the city itself? Are you an ex-pat or French?
