Several years ago my wife looked at a Nordiac ski trainer. Before shebought I asked a coworker who owned one. His reply was "there is nothing better to hang up my suit when I get home - it's perfect shape for the jacket, there's a spot just for pants, and the spots for a tie and belt are perfect"

Yeah, that's the problem with those jobbies. OTOH, I ride one of my road bikes on my rollers at least once a week in summer, more often in winter.

I ride one of those "bent"-style exercise bikes in the gym twice a week. At the end of the workout I just spin easy (minimum load) for 15-30 mins while watching the boob tube (typically an Angels game is on so I see how they are doing). It seems to me at least, good after a hard ride the previous day.

I actually spent the $$$ and bought an actual spin bike... i used it a lot this past winter.... definitely got my money's worth! Couple that with the SufferFest video.... well the results speak for themselves.... i'm down around 100 pounds since last September and it has to do with suffering on my spin bike!
But yeah, those "comfy" style exercise bikes... yeah, no so much...
