great doctors visit

had a great doctors visit......
my blood pressure was 118/74/70 90% oxygen.. My last year bp's has been 135-145/88-91/ 65 75% and now this . thank God and the doctors also said that riding my bike has been one of the major factors...I don't understand what took me so long to do this but timing and the doctors scared me when they said I would have another stroke that would leave me bedridden. that is from a doctor that I never met. He was visiting my dad when he wad in the hospital. dad din't know him. he looked at me being a cardiologist

Keep up the good work. This is yet another testimonial to the health-enhancing power of bicycling.

Good job. I've been back at it for two years now and all my numbers are getting better - except the BP is stubborn. But the doc is definitely pleased with my progress.

Great news. Keep doing what you're doing.
