Anyway, I did 20 chin ups this am (palms towards the body). Not all at once, but starting with 6 and then over the next few minutes 14 more with brief resting intervals.
I am working on pull ups (palms away) - uses a different set of muscle groups. Did 2 in a row, plus 2 more and plan on increasing this until I can do a whole bunch.
Oh, also - 30 body dips in a row.
One thing for all you young 50 and 60 year old people. Progress is still possible even in mid 70's (I am 76yo). Keep at it.
