Victories and accomplishments

I take them when I get them and this one I reveled in

Central Florida, July, Hot, Humid, Do any of you really need numbers ?
ok,
95-97 degrees F
Humidity 387,699%,,LoL

I got at it about 9 AM In the woods on my mountain bike, rode very hard till about 11 am, then eased out of the preserve about Noon.
Got home and started helping my two hired workers hang 6 X 8 foot board on board fence sections, pressure treated and heavy.
It was the back of the Yard on a hill. Setting new poles, chopping and sawing roots, two holding and one screwing the panels.
It was hot, It nearly killed these two 30 year old's and they started just one hour before I got there.

Sweat was flowing out of me big time, they were sweating but not like me.
They had to stop and call It quits about 2 pm,, they restarted about 3 pm after a break....

I was fine and had no problems with the heat at all.
We finished the back about 5 pm and they limped away,,

I was fine.
For me I am better now at 57 than I was at 30...

A thank you to my Bicycle and the people who urged me on

Ok I'm Done ~
