Anyone from Iowa? Need help!

I found a bike I want to buy, but the seller is refusing to ship for some reason. I know this is a long shot but maybe someone could help me facilitate the sale?

Thanks to all you kind people of BF!

Have you seen the facilitators sticky note on the C&V forum? You just might find someone.

One alternative is to contact a local bike shop in the seller's area and ask if they would work as the facilitator to package and ship the bike (at a fee of course). I had a friend do this for a fairly expensive recumbent bike as the shop could verify the condition of the bike and shops get a better shipping rate than an individual. My friend sent the money to the bike shop and only paid the seller when the bike was in the shop.
