    It's remarkable how your body is just waiting for you to excercise and get into good shape. I had a walmart mtb bike and when I first started riding it, it hurt to sprint even 10 yards but today I noticed I could sprint probably a 100 yards with no problems, of course I was on my Lemond Tourmalet but I feel like I am in the best condition for me in the last 25 years. Cycling is Great! If I don't get run over by a car, I think I will try to do it for at least 25 more years....I wonder what the oldest forum member here is and how many miles they ride daily.
