I have just bought the Polar s725, it's a great product but I am not sure how to interpret the information it is giving me. I am a fairly new rider, starting out a bit late in life (53) so monitoring progress is not just interesting but important in staying healthy. Anyone out there who really understands how the various graphs relate to each other.

It would be great if Polar provided a ride analysis service where you could post the data on the web and get advice
