Recovering from lay off

Was doing 20 miles a day on by Speed TR, then took an eight week trip in my Motorhome. Riding went down to 3 to 5 miles every day or so. Maybe even less. Got home yesterday and got 10 miles and huffing and puffing and sore rear.

You either need more practice or shorter holidays
