My Mini-Triathalon

Today I got up an ran my usual 5K then jumped into my pool out back and did 50 laps. Then I thought about how I've never done all three in one day so I got on my bike and followed everything up with a 12 mile ride. Needless to say I'll probably be pretty sore tomorrow but it did feel good after I came home a jumped into the shower.
BTW, does anyone know what a real Tri-Athalon event consists of. I know that I was probably pretty far off from an official TriAthalon but it's a start.

I just "Googled" triathlon and found out that a Triathlon consists of swimming 2.4 miles, biking 112 miles, and running 26.2 miles ....... I'm exhausted even thinking about that!

1.5 miles swim, 25 mile ride, 10mile run. or any other variation longer or shorter. That along with a lot of sweat, a lot of pain, and a big dose of adrenalyn. I don't swim, can't run due to a knee problem and would love to do an event like this.
Only problem is that I have not lost my marbles yet so realise how lucky I am in that I Can't swim.

Distances vary, but the more extreme ones are for the Brainless.
