    Fsa Seatpost..............

Does anyone here have any experience with the FSA SL-220 seatpost? I am looking for something with
some set-back and the ability to adjust the tilt in small increments. Any comments would be
    appreciated.

FSA has a rep for durable, well-made parts. If FSA makes it, I'd be comfortable with it. (IMHO)

    FarHorizon,
I feel confident that FSA makes a good product, but there does not seem to be a common
way to measure set-back and from the pictures I can't tell how fine the tilt adjustments are.
Those are my main concerns and my search has not....as yet....turned up an owner with
experience with this particular seatpost. Thanks for the thoughts.

I have one of these on order (FSA SL-220). I am buying it specifically for the increased setback that I think it has. I am judging its setback by photos I've seen on the web. When I receive the seatpost, next week probably, I'll try to remember to post here concerning its setback and adjustability. I hope that is soon enough for you.

The odds are very good. Just do a Google image search and estimate. I would say the extra setback is 1-2cm.

    95RPM,

I meant, what are the odds of us both ordering at the same time. Sorry for the
    confusion.

I have the seatpost now. The extra setback, compared to a Chorus post, I estimate at about 5mm to 10mm. To be exact I'd need to install it with the saddle and measure to the h'bar, which I don't have time for now. The adjustment mechanism is smooth (non-grooved) so it should allow "infinite" adjustment.

    Big Paulie,

I considered that one but it was too expensive. I have the FSA on order. Thanks for the
    input.

    Paul,

You really challenged me. Earlier I thought I had found it in several places but now I can only find
it at BikeUsa for $125. Good luck.

    Paul,

It is up to riders like me to make those up front look good.
