I do not have the need for a trainer, but I do realise that in certain conditions where you cannot ride- a trainer is almost a necessity. Being fortunate in that we do not have severe weather in England, I still understand the requirement to train in any way you can to retain and improve on your fitness. This can be at a gym, or extra riding as much as possible, but in your situation with the severe weather and the necessity to stay at home, You have two choices. Lose fitness or get on a trainer.

Good luck on your trainer, and let the rest of us know your regime on it.
