Buried in the $700 billion bailout is a provision for companies to reimburse employees for biking to work:

Please provide receipts for the $ in chain oil, tire wear, parts consumed etc. Its not just a gift of $20, its got to be a reimbursement your company gives to you for your expenses for biking to work.
Then, your company can claim a tax credit from the government.
Why exactly are we paying for that?
