We must eliminate that word from the vocabulary.

(We find ourselves in Grand Junction this evening, one more day of driving until Denver. So far about 2,600 miles. Drove from Las Vegas today. Man do we hate that town. Got the bike out and did a short bit of riding tonight. Felt really good.)

It appears that all who are going to post a bio have already done so, and I will stop encouraging more participation. (Some of us just take a bit longer to figure things out - should have stopped pushing the project 2 days ago.)

DnvrFox,

Did you exclude me on the technicality that I was born after 1956? Don't you guys need a chaplain (or in today's PC speach, "a Spiritual Care Giver") or something? Can I add my bio to your list? I was out of the country when you started, returned a week before Easter, had two parishioners die just before I came home, and one more journey on to his heavenly reward the day before Easter. I've been a busy dude!

How about a vote? Can Pastor Bob be elected as an honorary, non-voting member of 50+ BF? YES? NO? (I promise not to become too preachy!)

Bob

Anyone with Pastor Bob's connections is a shoo in!! But that's not to say that Pastor Bob couldn't get voted in just on his own merits!!

Look around and you will find at least 3 requests for your input. I can't imagine letting your ministerial duties interfere with you bike forums messaging.

We need a chaplain!

Denvr - I still plan on sending in an entry. For the last 2 months I have been away from my computer at home. We have been going through a major renovation project, closed up the house, moved to an apartment and left the computer at the house.
I have only been posting from my machine at work when I get a chance. Soon my family and I will be back at the house and at that time I will be able to put my thoughts together and find a picture.
I really like the way it has worked out!
