If we could have only been a fly on the wall in the Colnago factory in Cambiago, Italy!

Inspiring to hear that even the minutest modification to our bikes can propel us through time and the warp speed of our pedaling hero(s).

I'll have to reply to this, but I'm laughing so hard I just can't. Enough to arouse the lust and outrage of any Italophile who still worships Super Record and has a wool Molteni jersey tucked safely away.

Musta been the threat to bad mouth him to the FiftyPlussers that convinced Ernesto....but didn't he pass on 3 years ago? No matter, when did an elitist ever recognize Death?

The thought of a supremely elitist bastard like yourself astride your incomparable gleaming celery green Schwinn Varsity-- made even more so by your mega-zoot barplugs.

Demi-god of cycling for sure. How will DeeGee ever match this. And he was so proud of his little pink bunny cycling shoes. Not any more.

And this gets added to our EList Elitist Bastard page, along with a recent submission by Stapfam that I have yet to post!

[EDIT]

Big Paulie's Road Test of the Maarten den Bakker’s Rabobank Colnago C50 Bar End Plugs is posted along with some ruminations from Stapfam!

Check it out!

Personally, I heard that Consumer Retorts ran a test on bar end plugs and found out that all bar end plugs met the minimum safety requirements of ANTSI and Schnell regardless of price. Therefore, I only buy Nashbar brand knock-offs on close-out with a coupon.

Demi-god? Lest we forget, BP spoke to Ernesto, and yes, Ernesto shuffled from this mortal coil a few years back. I think that this puts BP into a whole different light! No just an Elitist Bastard, but an Immortal Elitist Bastard!

(or is it immoral--immortal, immoral--I keep getting the two confused...hmmmm...one you live forever, the other you don't live long if you get caught by her husband)
