50+ June mileage!
- after this morning's recovery ride (following back-to-back 50+ milers), the total for the month is:
659
- which is 94 miles more than last month, and accounting for one day off a week and two rain days on the trainer, averages out to 27.5 miles each ride...
- i'm feeling great and have dropped 15 lbs! maybe that's why my bikes feel lighter?
:-)

My miles for June = 754.2
Average speed (those rides I considered 'training' pace, i.e. not including social rides) = 20.12 mph
number of rides: 20, two of which were 4-mile bicycle commutes from a commuter lot and one was a whopping 1-mile commute from a closer lot.

Whatever I got in before Monday, June 5th, when I had my crash. I'm still too sore to sit a bike.

350 for me,
And busting my gut to average 15MPH. Yeah, I can spin up to 21-22, but not hold it long!

June Mileage.
902 miles including 292 miles in 5 days at "Bike Virginia". Bike Virginia - 100% humidity and rode in a downpour on two days (not the entire ride) - still had a great time. I highly recommend consideration.

676 miles and right now some 2800 for the year. I usually plan on putting in around 5K for the year so it looks like I'm ahead of schedule.
What's more I'm now unemployed so I'll be riding during the week now as well.

627. On track to make my 5400 for the year (one hundered for each of my years on the planet). June, July, August and early September are nearly perfet for bicyling in Laramie, Wyoming, as long as you can do it in the morning before afternoon winds and thunderstorms kick up. Holy Crap Jim! 900+. Way to go!
