I'm a motorcyclist as well and a big fan of Nicky Hayden and MotoGP racing.
Good to see him on a bike.

It is surprising how many "Motor" Athletes do cycle as part of their Fitness Training regime. Many moons ago I used to motor race and I used to keep fit by running. When I started racing in Europe- I was surprised at how little exercise the continentals took- considering their fitness. All they used to do was get out on their bikes and do a quick 50 miles after a hard days work.
They may just sit on a motorbike or behind a steering wheel but all the Successful motor racers are fit. They have to be.
