Post tomorrow. Got to go sing for 3.5 hours! - after my 20 miles this am.
What do you mean "Wife" (so to speak)? She is my Wife.

On second thought.... Pull her's and mine. You are back to 99.

I'm sorry, I didn't mean to cause any friction. I didn't want my picture on the internet, so I kind of copied an idea from one of your members and put up a cartoon instead. Hubby has asked me not to use it anymore, so I'm removing it.

aw, geez

I liked your picture or 'photo' or 'cartoon' - Big Paulie has a cartoon, why can't Mrs. Grampy (tm)?

It really raised my estimation of Grampy and reinforced to me the virtues of cycling for late-in-life fitness & athletic activities of all kinds...

BTW, I refer to my lovely partner as 'my favorite wife' consistently because she IS my favorite of the couple I've had...

In retrospect she should have picked something more appropriate. She thought it was "Whimsical and fun". She has removed it as her Avatar. Lesson learned......

I have no problem with using the picture.

It's always a shame when the lack of normal conversational cues (tone of voice, eye contact, facial expression, that sort of thing) makes internet communication more difficult. This sounds like one of those situations which got bigger than anyone involved would have made it, were they sitting face to face. Feels like a kind of sad way to end the project, on such a blue note.

Then again, what the heck do I know?

We closed out at 101 riders referenced in the bios! This has been a most worthwhile activity. I have enjoyed getting it together. Thanks to ALL of the contributors.

You are most welcome. I have learned much from the contributions of folks, and also have learned some basic photo-shop-type-stuff in the process.

Denvr,
Being as you've edited most of your other posts in this thread, could you please remove my wife's cartoon picture from the post you didn't edit...... Thank you.
