Pie Attack!

I'm sitting here minding my own business (well, as best I can) and I've been seized by a hankerin' for some pie. I can't stand it anymore, and I can't resist. I'm going out for a whole darn pie, and I'm going to attack it as soon as I get home.

I rode twenty today; that's good enough for pie, in my book.

According to your signature cycling is only 50% physical...... that means only 1/2 a pie. But since you only rode 20 miles that is only 1/5 of a century (the milage that would qualify you for a whole pie)... so let me see... 1/5 of a century..... less your 50%..... you get 1/10 of a pie..... that is unless you averaged less than 15 mph.

You better get it while you can.
Yes, you better get while you can.
If you wait too long, it'll all be gone, and you'll be sorry then.
It doesn't matter if you're rich or poor,
And it's the same for a woman or a man;
From the craddle to the crypt is a mighty short trip;
So, you better get it while you can!

20 miles x's about 40 KCal per mile = 800 KCal used in your ride.

1 Razzleberry Marie Callender's pie = 3,500 KCal.
