well I am almost 50 in Knoxville TN....

I am getting back on my bike after about 15 years. I am concerned about frame fategue on my cannondale Criterium frame bought in 1989.. approx 10k miles.. I weigh approx 220 now and I would like to discuss light frames and heavy riders... (I dont trust that mix).. I know that carbon fiber is real stroing these days... I remember when the first kestrels hit the market and some did nt stand up to the stress of racing.. and hard training.. I am thinking about a colnago master steel frame of the carbon composite master light.. does anyone know if those frames are up to my 220lbs... I still consider myself fairly strong.. and I am riding approx 2-300miles per week and will increase that next spring summer..

I am working on my weight but I am riding now on a bike that I am somewhat leary of...
