Santana makes them:

Co-motion makes them:

most of the major tandem players make triples and quads.

Santana has built at least one bike for five riders. I wonder how they transport it to and from rides.
Perhaps the coolest multi rider bike is one that uses S&S couplers so that the bike can be modified to accommodate either two or three riders. They're made fairly close to you right there in California but be sure to take lots of money with you when you go to buy it.

I've seen a quint with couplers so it could be transported without a crane.
It was stiff up-and-down but the owner showed my how noodley (sp??, word??)
it was laterally. It could really vibrate.

I've seen a Meridian with seating for five on the Hilly Hundred at least twice. The whole family can ride! Looked at their website (which doesn't seem to exist today) and was impressed with how much it cost. Probably worth every thousand dollars.
