Hi, I'm 12 can I hang here?

I am a third grader at Rick James Elementary School here in Slugville, Ohio. While I am only 12 (some of my friends say I look like I am 14) I will be 50 one day. I have been lurking here since I was just a kid and now want to come out of the closet. I feel like I have a lot to contribute to this group if you can stretch the rules a bit. Thanks

You'll have to ask Chipcom and DnvrFox. If they agree, you're in.

I'm so afraid to ask, soon we will have toddlers and this forum would become day care center. Unless VV can bring few of babe friends.

I believe the BFN forum rules require one to be 13 - something about the FCC and big fines.

Quote:
If you are under the age of 13, the administrator may require that a parent or guardian provides consent before allowing you to complete the registration process. More information about this is available during the registration process.
Otherwise, fine with me!

Better rethink this, Dnvr. This young man is 12 years old and still in the 3rd grade

Some might say this is bending the rules a bit too far but I think that if you're 12 and still in the 3rd grade, you have the kind of intellect to fit right in. Welcome.

It would probably just be confusing to you, as a lot of things we old farts discuss wouldn't make sense to someone as young as yourself. Though we could get some advice from you on how to do things like post pictures, and some of the other computer stuff that wasn't around when we were kids! I get a kick out of letting people know that I was working BC (BC?--Before Computers!).

I used to play third-base for the Slugville Slugs. How well I remember our championship series with the Northampton nimatodes. The game was played at a snail's pace, but finally we wormed our way to victory.
