Should be reserved for chain cleaning rituals.

Taking it n the shower sounds like a great Idea. I can't do the Fabreze, for some reason I have a skin reaction.

I am reading the above and wonder what I am doing wrong? Perhaps I have a pig in my genetic lineup?

I use a cheap sweat absorbing headband from such places as Walmart. Wash it and trow away.
I use socks in my shoes. Wash them and trow away.
My helmet and SIDI shoes (very expensive ones) do not get washed and I use them until they fall apart.
