Those are fun. But I'm really a sucker for those Wagner and Debussy chromatic progressions.

And those bebop flatted fifths ain't bad, either. Snap.

How much more fun can I have than I'm having now on my hybrid?

Started with a mountain bike -- but just riding roads. Hated it.

Went to a hybrid. A Trek, but I can't remember the model.

Then to a flat-bar road bike (but big and heavy). A Specialized Sirrus.

Finally to a real road bike (Trek Pilot 1.2).

Time for me to buy a comfort bike.

Nothing can ruin good music better than excessive intellect

Flatted fifths are cool, but blues is more associated with emptied fifths (or half pints)

During the first gas crisis in 1973, I bought 2 SR road bikes with a "bike-a-boose" trailer for the kids. Road hard and fast past the gas lines for a year or two and then stopped riding. Still have the bike and use it on my stationary workouts during the winter. With my knees basically shot from 4 surgeries, started riding in 2002 with an inexpensive Raleigh mtn bike. Loved it, got the old road bike back outside and 3 years ago, purchased a Felt70 road bike that I've logge just under 2500 miles on and this spring, finished the change of life with an REI touring bike and have just over 1000 miles with commuting and 3 very simple bike camping adventures.
