new bike, what accessories?

Suppose you just ordered a new bike, (which I just did from bikesdirect.com), and now you have to accessorize. What accessories would you buy for the bike in descending order of importance? Here is what I have chosen so far:

1. Pedals (of course)
2. Water bottles and cages
3. Lock

What am I missing?

computer - to see how far and fast you're riding
some type of bag to carry the extra tube, patch kit and a few tools

No one has said helmet yet, so....

Ya gotta learn how to fix a flat. It happens, usually miles from home.

You're obviously not a card-carrying OCP

If you were, we'd have to confisgate it and shoot your dog.

It would appear that your going to need a locking presta valve less some guy in a Golden Helmet steals the air out of your tires.
