So should I ride more this week or rest up?
I think I might have mentioned that I'm signed up to try the Queen City Century this Saturday and that it will be my first ever attempt at a century ride. I'm wondering if I should ride more this week or not. Saturday I put in a good 35 mile ride with a fair amount of climbing for around here. Sunday was an easy 10 with the entire family on the MUP (man was that a sweet spot in time too - sorry J.T.) Monday off, and I just put in a nice sweaty 25 miler. Normally I would ride at least one or two more days before the weekend, but I wonder if I should with the long ride coming up.
