They did a feature on some of my sporting endeavors...I figured it was appropriate to share since it mentions biking. The bad part is now I really have to finish the ultramarathon! Frankp

I've never understood the Dark Forces that compel one to attempt an ultra-marathon. I think with proper well-dosed medications the urge might go away.
Seriously, good luck with your endeavor. Shame you couldn't make it to the upcoimng Louisville Ironman.

Good luck. I can't run a half mile before my knees tell me to stop.

I hear that often...mostly from my wife and kids...however, the only medications that can make me feel as good as the endorphins after a long run are illegal and expensive! Just gor done with a 13 mile run this morning and I'm ready to hang a tapestry on my ceiling, plug in the black lights, put on a Cream album and eat a jar of peanut butter with my finger...should I put a rolled towel against the bottom of the door for old times sake? thanks Frank
