Back in the Saddle, Again

I'd been off the bike for a couple of weeks, due to a cracked rib. But between ice packs, ibuprofen, and the rib belt, I was feeling well enough to get out for a ride. I kept it fairly short, about 8.4 miles. But the course was hilly, and I pushed the pace. Ribs held up pretty well, only a little sore by the end.

Average speed was 17.1 mph, max speed was 30.1 mph. I wasn't using my HRM because of the rib belt, so I don't have HR data or total time. Time actually moving was 29:19.
