Happy Birthday to me!
Turned the big five-oh today. Now I can 'legaly' browse this forum. By way of intoduction, I returned to cycling about five years ago as a way to maintain a 60# weight loss. I'm still over the ideal BMI but feel pretty good about where I'm at.
I have a severe bicycling addiction which at last count was 12 bikes (accumulated in these last five years). I started with an estate sale Centurion LeMans 12 speed and have since added 4 more 80's 12 speeds with various bar set ups, a road and a trail recumbent, 2 mountain bikes, and a number of utility commuters.
I commute 5 miles each way to work year round in WI, so I also browse the commuter and winter biking forum. I work on all of my own bikes so I frequent the mechanic and vintage forums as well. I hope to make daily stops in this forum as well.

This is the trouble with new comers. No pics of the bikes- but with 12 bikes that may confuse some of us. No mention of how many are white and no mention of pie in his posting.
Perhaps be should be "Life" President if he can dodge the important issues so easily.
Happy birthday and are you sure you want to associate with us?

Not all of us require pie.
But the pics, your commuting wisdom, and winter experiences should be forthcoming.
Welcome.

Welcome aboard. Yet another 50+'er from Wisconsin. Getting to be quite a few of us.
We may have to have a get-together one of these days.
