Femoral break - update

I am happy to say that six months after operation I have no signs of AVN (avascular necrosis). I was given 10% chance of coming out with no AVN and it seems at this stage that prognosis is good.
I have increased my mileage since this good news and am appreciating life a lot more.
Keep riding and take care.

So glad to hear from you, berts. I think about you every now and then - riding those Israeli roads, and the great pictures you send along. I am so glad you are achieving such a complete recovery. Send us some more pics when you get a chance.

Congratulations! It's tough to recover after a bad injury.

Good to hear from you again,
