Yesss!

I went out riding with my buddy from down the street for the first time in a couple of months. I have been commuting steadily since mid August, 26 mi. rt. He hasn't had much time to ride.

I kicked his skinny derriere into the middle of next week! It felt so good. This guy has been a biker for 20+ years and hasn't been afraid to give me the works. Today he got it right back. In a friendly fashion of course!

He is now motivated to ride a lot more and start kicking me again. But, it feels good that I can while it lasts.

Time to upgrade to lighter bike, Record gruppo, $1500 super lightweight wheels to stay ahead on the technology curve. Every millisecond counts.
