At Interbike 2007, Surly was demo'ing their new travel version of their Cross Check bike, named the Traveler's Check. Check out this photo -

You can actually get any bike modified with the fittings to do this. My buddy has a older steel road bike that he sent in for cleaning, painting and cutting. They did a great job and it looks almost exactly like this picture including the gray case for travel. While I say any I am not sure that they could make this work with CF.
