32nd Anniversary
10/10/1975 seems like yesterday and a million years ago all at the same time.
I wonder if those two kids would have still gotten married way back then if
they had known about all the trials that were in store for them? I'm glad we
did, after all, it ain't easy to find a woman willing to be a bicycle widow on beautiful
weekends. They're special, rare individuals and I most certainly do appreciate
the one who's chosen to share her life with me, as cranky and grumpy as I
get to be at times. She does comment occasionally about all the bikes
stored around the garage and house, but I still believe I'll keep her around.
I should probably change my tag to Lucky Cranky Old Dude

Well, you're doing twice as well as I was able to do. Mine only lasted till the 16th anniversary, and a few days short of that. My hat is off to you.

33 years now but to stop the nagging- at the wifes suggestion- I got a new Bike shed last year. She can have the Garage- but I did get a moan last week that I still have a lot of cycling gear in the Cupboards in there.-Oh and the tandem is dripping oil again- so when is that going to go down the shed- and I still haven't filled the holes in the wall from where I used to hang the bikes. And are you going to get rid of those old tyres?
Marriage is a compromise- But not always from both sides.

Wedding anniversary #53 coming up in January. Spouse does not complain about 'bikes' as she has covered 200,000+ miles on tandems with me!
One regret: should have married her sooner!
Pedal on TWOgether!

Congratulations to the both of you. That is a long time and a lot of shared memories. We have been married only 30.
