Porque?

I want to know.

I got a Bontrager back rack II to install on my tandem so that we might be able to go on fun family outings, so that we can carry picnics and such. I got the rack home. No instructions. No problema, I sez, I'll go on line and google it and have the instruction manual in no time. No luck. I go to the Bontrager site. No luck.

You folks are cyberconnected in some sort of weird mystical way, fully integrated into the Borg or something. Especially TB. Anyone know of any links that can help? The future of a generation hangs in the balance.

Never mind. I found it on the TREK site.

I wish Trek and Bontrager would end this charade. They can't even keep it straight.

Nothing to see here. Move along.

Blimey- Only 6 minutes to realizing a problem and getting the brain in gear to solve it- Must be a record.

I don't see what's so hard about it. It's no different than Sears and Kenmore or Craftsman.

Yoo hoo, Mr. Moderator guy! These responses are way too harsh.

First I admit to being mechanically disinclined, and then I express frustration that I had to go to the Trek website to get instructions for a "Bontrager" product and all I get from these people is a bunch of crap.

It really hurts my feelings. I think you should put little frowny faces by their names and make them display it for either one week or until they apologize for being so mean.

And no thanks to any of you I got the bike rack assembled.

With the matching Trek grocery bag it's pretty cool. Even my wife was tempted to take it out for a spin.
