Happy Thanksgiving

Hope that all 50+ers have a very Happy and Fulfilling Thanksgiving (with pie!).

Way too cold to ride here this morning (minus 6 at 6 A.M. and has now dropped to minus 7 F).

Delivering Meals on Wheels at noon and then traditional dinner with friends later in the day. Off to Colorado tomorrow for dinner with family (one of whom has to work today).

Enjoy your day.

Kim

I just completed a mildly hilly 25 mi / 40 km "Tour de San Elijo Hills" on Capo #1 and plan to spend the rest of the day with my immediate family. Tomorrow it's off to Laguna Beach for a big dinner with my wife's extended family.

I am thankful for my health, for my family, for a comfortable financial situation, and for the many friends I have met at work, in my neighborhood, on the road, and here online. Best wishes to all.

Kim, thank you for volunteering for Meals on Wheels. I still think John Wesley had it right: "Earn all you can. Save all you can. Give all you can."

70 degrees here in Virginny. Unbelievable. Maybe I can slip out for a ride.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Spending the day here with family. I rode last year on this day, but it's snowing right now and about 30F.
Tomorrow I have to deal with black Friday.

I'll tell you what; when you deliver the meals it really makes you feel fortunate for your situation and leads to a better understanding of those who do not have what most of us on this forum do - either good health or financial wellbeing.
