Could be rollers. Could be hills. For me, it depends on the steepness and the nature of the approach. If I can carry enough of the downhill momentum to keep me moving in a higher gear up the next hill, I call it a roller. But when the hill is steep enough to kill any momentum gain from the previous downhill, it is simply a hill and I must work to climb it.

I just spent the weekend on the Georgia coast at Saint Simons Island. That is what I call flat.
