My thighs hurt.

Today was my 70th birthday and even though I have not been riding as much as I would like (weather) and even though it was windier than I would like, I felt like I had to do the obligatory 70 miles. Did that - now my thighs hurt.

Just incredible Jim. But I'm sure it has to be a good hurt.

Good thing you do't live here in WV 6 this morning with -18 wind chill. Congrats on the ride and happy birthday.

Congratulations on a great accomplishment. 70 miles is nothing to sneeze at, especially at this time of year!

Great report!

The best therapy for sore thighs is warm deep dish apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

Now go look at the obits and find someone who died at 69. I bet their thighs don't hurt. Feel the burn and enjoy!

Well done.

It's True. As you get older- you start losing your mind. 70 miles in February. Just hope I keep the sanity to do my January birthday ride in April or May.

Good ride but don't forget to get out and do a few gentle miles today as a recovery ride.

70 miles on your 70th b-day.

Dude! You're my role model. Hope you had a good one in general. Many happy returns.

Congrats, great ride.

I once thought that instead of riding *my* age on my birthday I would try to ride the age of the oldest member of this board.

Nope, bad idea....too much work while I'm "young," I'll build up to it!
