Hope you enjoyed the day!
Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Thanks for noticing, and for the good wishes!!!!!
I didn't ride my age... I'll reserve that for later in the year.
If I follow through with my plans, I will ride my age at least 3 times this year. First, at the Harrisburg area Tour de Cure, then the Indianapolis Tour de Cure (on the Speedway) and then the Philadelphia Livestrong Challenge. Attempted disatances will be 60, 100 and 100 respectively.
For my birthday dinner, I decided to try a barbecue place near my new home... people that hardly know the area know about Stookies. A little place on route 11. It is about a mile from my house.
When I pulled up, they were closed (probably due to the snow and ice) so I went home had a couple of hamburgers and a Hostess Snowball for my birthday cake (I couldn't help but enjoy the irony when I saw one at the gas station when I filled up).
Historian, as soon as it gets warm enough for me to ride outside, we'll figure out a time to get together. Give me a chance to take a few rides so I don't embarrass myself too much.
EDIT: Forgot about another attempt to ride my age, at the Lancaster Covered Bridges Metric Century the week before the Livestrong ride.
Happy Birthday Little Darwin! Woooo-hoooo!
Glad you got some birthday cake.
I hope this is your best year yet!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE D
I'll have to join you guys at the Lancaster Covered Bridge. Hopefully this year I'll get up early enough to get there before everyone leaves.

Happy birthday, and congratulations on the birthday feast.
I'm finding it difficult to go the distances I did when the weather was civilized, so I don't blame you for delaying the BD ride for a little while.
Happy Birthday, Little Darwin!
