Looks like you made a pretty wise choice in choosing a wife.
...or maybe it was just dumb luck. Either way, nice bike!

Nice looking bike, even if it doesn't have pedals. Perhaps she will give them to you on father's Day; the snow should be gone by then.

Welcome to the club but be prepared for the occasional ribbing and smart-ass remarks. Most of us smart-assers are snowbound and a bit ornery, though there may be one in San Diego who has no such excuse. Its good that you bike is only half white, because white bikes are denigrated, for some unjust reason.

Yeah, I was just gonna say, GREAT white color scheme with just that hint of yellowish-orange. It sets off the white quite nicely.

And what a birthday present!!! Maybe I'll turn fifty again.

Congrats on the birthday and the present. Nice bike!

Since she got all the fun of choosing it, though, you owe yourself a summer of hanging out in bike shops looking for your N+1 bike, and then next Fall you'll need a beater to ride during the winter, and then next spring....

I got to choose it. She did a good job of telling me the budget had to wait until summer
