After use, I pitch my tissues in the trash. I'd rather not rejuvenate them, thanks.

Just eat some protein. Egg whites are cheap.

Oh, it's an unregulated drug, I mean supplement. At $25 a bottle, how could you go wrong with this stuff?

Everyone's entitled to an opinion on supplements. Mine is different from those above. I take Hammer's Premium Insurance multivitamins and PSA caps and find them to perform noticeably better (i.e., I can actually feel a difference and observe it in my cycling performance) than other (not so) comparable products. From what I can see, Hammer is very conscientious in the formulation of their products and the sourcing of their ingredients, and competitive in their pricing (especially those Voler bibs!). If you want to try their products, ordering as a referral from an existing customer will get you a 15% discount. (Feel free to PM me for my customer number!)

"From what I can see, Hammer is very conscientious in the formulation of their products and the sourcing of their ingredients,..." They are being sued for steroid contamination of their Endurolyte caps.

I find Hammer to be a lot of pseudo-science marketing and and an expensive way to get what you really need.

TF
And your basis for assuming that the alleged contamination actually occurred would be what, exactly?

I've never used Hammer Tissue Rejuvinator, in fact I never heard of it until this thread. But OTOH, I like to use recovery mixes. I keep an extra bottle of water in my truck, along with a can of stuff, and mix a 'dose' immediately following my rides. It's a noticeable difference over not using it - without, I'm usually sore the day after a hard ride, while with it I almost never am.

I've tried many brands, and they all seem to work OK, so I just look for what's on sale at one of the bike catalogs. I only found one that didn't work because I couldn't stand the taste!
