OT - Reliative to BF - Double Your Reading Pleasure

I am getting two emails for every post to a thread that I subscribed to. Kind of the peat and repeat sort of thing. Is anyone else having this problem? Could it be a "Rule" in the recent update to Outlook 2007?

I'm still getting multiple email notifications on occasion too, but most notifications are coming in as they should. Over recent days it's been quite bad at times, and the worst effort I experienced was a new post for which 32 notifications arrived in my Inbox.

There's been mention in the 'Suggestions and User Assistance' section about server-related problems, and it seems that they're not yet fully corrected methinks

You can get deep into your user options and stop these emails.

If you use the "subscribe" option, and automatically subscribe to every thread in which you post (with no email notification), then each time you sign in go immediately to your "user control panel" and all of the threads with responses - and the responses - will show right at the top of that page.

In fact, I have the user control panel as a favorite and sign in directly to the UCP.

I do not use "email notification" as I get enough emails already.

User Control Panel > edit options

Try it, you will like it.

I must have hit all the right buttons when I joined the Forum...I've never received an email.
