Definition of Moderator:

A) One who presides over a meeting, forum, or debate.

B) Something that is used in a nuclear reactor to decrease the speed of fast neutrons and increase the likelihood of fission.

there is a lot of fission that goes on here, people fision for help and or ideas or even a discussion, fission for compliments, fission for a fight at times... ... ...maybe that is why the answer is A...???
