Just Got to Share with My Friends - 44 Years
Well, Nora and I made it 44 years as of today.
I found a plaque in a local store
Against a New England background, it says:
The moment I saw it I knew it was made for Nora, because that is what she does.

I think that's really, really cool!
It'll be 45 years for Mrs Grouch and me on August 31. We'll be at the Midwest Tandem Rally. It would be interesting to find out what percentage of tandem teams at the rally have been married for 25 years or more. I'm thinking a pretty high number. I've heard it said that whichever direction your relationship is headed, a tandem will get you there faster.

You realize of course that there is a very good chance that most people on the BF aren't even that old yet. Contrats on the milestone.

Happy Anniversary! We're just beginners - we're only coming up on 31 years. They tell me it's all gravy after the first tumultuous 40 years. Is that true?
Just kidding, of course. Congratulations!

Well, now... how cool is that?
Pretty darned cool, I'd say.
I can only hope I live long enough to make 44 years with my lovely bride.
