    Local Newspaper Pushing Bicycling (50+)

This is especially important for 50+ riders to read (meaning, DON'T MOVE THE THREAD!)

Our local Denver Post has been publishing a lot of bicycle-related stories lately. Here are 3 in today's Sunday paper.

The only bike stories in the paper around here are those about people getting hit by cars.

You should write something positive and submit it to the editor.
The more you ride your bike, the less your ass will hurt.

All three are interesting stories. I especially enjoyed the bike library one, and would think that the use of a free bike would be a real gift to many people. You know, however, that you've pretty much guaranteed that at least one moderator will seriously wonder if maybe it should be moved.
Oh I used to be disgusted and now I try to be amused. But since their wings have got rusted, you know, the angels wanna wear my red shoes. But when they told me 'bout their side of the bargain, that's when I knew that I could not refuse. And I won't get any older, now the angels wanna wear my red shoes.

Here is another bicycle related article in the Denver Post, and a search at DenverPost.com shows many bicycling or bicycle related articles. Kudos for the Denver Post.

Amazing that here in S. California with our exceptional weather (hot sometimes) and an area like Orange County does not get near the bicycle coverage that you enjoy in Colorado!

There are a lot of 50+ Cyclist out there!
