Sixty miles in 4 hrs ride time + rest stops This is a big milestone for me. I'm recovering from a cervical injury and am type II diabetic. I always seemed to run low on energy at 40 miles or so. This time I brought lots of food and ate over 200 grams of carbs, which is massively more than I usually eat, and my blood sugar was fine. When I got home I was still hungry. Yay, bring on the pie! or beer, or BOTH!
